Refund Policy

I Just Wanna Feel Better is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product, I Just Wanna Feel Better offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.

Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that, while we do our very best to give you high quality mockups for each product we sell, colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund processing times vary by payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds generally process within 1-3 business days. For other payment methods, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process completely.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
